This is a great space to focus on your postpartum recovery. With a specific exercise program and individualized support. We will cover foundational principles and exercises for core rehab and building a strong body after baby. To learn more about this amazing program growcorehab.com
This series runs twice a week, hour-long classes for 4 weeks in a row. Give the clinic a call (778) 484-4414 to find out when the next GROWCO postpartum rehab class will run. Babies are welcome & encouraged to come 😀
The program may be covered by your extended health care benefits, depending on your policy. This is currently held virtually so you can participate from the comfort of your home! No travel time or babysitter required.
These classes are also an opportunity to connect with other parents during this special transition time. We are all here to support each other, so show up as you are. Absolutely no judgement for messy hair, PJs on, or pets roaming the background. The goal is to support proper movement patterns and tissue healing - which in turn reduces pain and incontinence and improves physical strength and capacity.
As a mother, you shouldn’t be expected to pay a lifelong price for giving birth. Throughout your pregnancy, an army of medical professionals work tirelessly to support your health and treat your body with the upmost respect .~

Generally speaking, this is when you can look to start the program:
| Vaginal, uncomplicated | 2-3 weeks postpartum |
| 2nd degree tear or more | 4-6 weeks postpartum |
| C-section delivery | 6 weeks postpartum |
But there is no time that is TOO LATE to benefit from this program!
