Sara Longman - Registered Clinical Counsellor

Since 2019, Sara has centered her counselling practice around reproductive, perinatal and women’s mental health. She brings both clinical and lived experience, recognizing the many emotional layers that accompany the journey to and through motherhood. Sara supports women navigating challenges such as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, difficult birth experiences, identity shifts, family planning, relationship strain, boundaries and expectations, and women’s overall reproductive and maternal wellbeing.

Sara integrates approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems. She invites clients to gently untangle the challenges they’re facing, providing grounded practices and practical tools along the way. In overwhelming seasons, Sara offers a space where clients are seen and supported as they find their way back to feeling like themselves again.

Sara is also a grateful mom of two, who has personally experienced pregnancy loss and postpartum struggles. She is committed to helping women feel less isolated, release self-blame, embrace imperfection, and find confidence in their own path to family-building and mothering.
