Terra Stirling RMT for everyone

Terra grew up on a remote island on the West Coast and moved to the Okanagan in 2013. She has been an RMT for 5 years and graduated from OVCMT in Vernon.

She values her clients time and dedication toward their self-care and healing, making sure to treat each person individually and focusing on their goals. Outside of work Terra runs a small flower farm, is a potter, and a mother. She loves to be outside with her family and enjoys all the activities each season brings.

Terra has training in basic Lymphatic Drainage (can only treat un-compromisedsystems) which can be very helpful prenatal and postpartum. As a former University athlete she has lots of experience with injury rehabilitation and return to activity. Having had a baby in November 2022 she is very familiar with the many changes in the mind and body that pregnancy and postpartum bring. 

Career
Terra provides massage therapy for all teens and adults, with a keen interest in prenatal and women's health. She offers only one-hour treatments, because less just leaves you wanting more.
