Dr. Anna Marie Gierach is passionate about family health. She is persistent in finding ways to improve function and quality of life through chiropractic care. She loves to examine each patient's unique health journey and explore unique solutions to reduce their pain and dysfunction and encourage a thriving life experience.
Dr. Anna Marie has always worked in a team environment and believes that each person’s needs vary for his or her health and well-being. Her practice style starts with a well-rounded picture of what brings you into the office. She will then build and explain a treatment plan that honors your values and needs. Her treatments include a combination of manual, drop table, and instrumented-assisted adjustments as well as muscle release and soft tissue techniques.
She recently moved to Kelowna from San Jose, California where she completed the Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program from Palmer College of Chiropractic's West Campus as class valedictorian. During the clinical portion of her program, she spent her three months in Augusta, Georgia working in a prestigious internship at the Veteran’s Hospital in their rehabilitation department. During this sought-after opportunity, she gained experience seeing a large number of complex cases. Prior to going to Chiropractic college, she resided in Edmonton, Alberta where she worked in a family member’s chiropractic office. It was there that she found the spark of passion for helping people, young and old.
Dr. Anna Marie loves to learn and plans on continuing these efforts in the fields of pediatric care, nutrition, and women’s health. She currently holds certifications in in Webster Technique, FAKTR, and RockTape. She accepts new patients of all ages and stages and supports a variety of health situations, from acute and chronic musculoskeletal complaints to wellness-based care.
In her free time, Dr. Anna Marie Gierach enjoys cooking for friends and family, a healthy dose of yoga, and traveling to explore culture and food.
